Rocky's Jeep...the never ending project

First, let me just say that I LOVE Rocky's jeep. I think it's the coolest thing since ice cream (haha, get it...coolest thing...). I love that it was his when he was "younger" (as he says). For most of us that just means he had it when he was in High School. I love that he had to rebuild the engine. I love that it's still painted the same color orange. The seats have tears. The heater still works. The glove box is full of who knows what. The rear view mirror rests in the floor. Etc. , Etc., Etc.

Last night, after I awoke from yet another nap after work, I found Rocky outside piddling with his jeep. I could see the hood was up and the steering wheel area looked a little different. Turns out, he was replacing the turning signal thingy. You know, the thing in the steering wheel column that connects to the thing that you push up or down depending on which way you want to turn. Yeah, that thing. Apparently it's been broken. So, he bought one part but it ended up being the wrong part. So he went back and got another and sure enough, it works now! Now he just needs to replace the light bulbs on the right side and they should actually blink.

Anyway, that was our evening last night. As far as me and the baby goes, we were not so good. I don't know if it was indigestion, heartburn, nausea, whatever...but we had it. Hopefully today will be better.
